The British boxer is set to fight Jake Paul in an eight-bout match which will be broadcast in real-time on the streaming platform.
British boxer Joshua declared he will "stamp all over" Jake Paul and "break" his opponent as the combatants came face-to-face to publicize next month's heavyweight fight.
Ex two time world boxing king Anthony Joshua meets YouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul - in what is, on paper, a mammoth mismatch - at Miami's venue on 19 December.
Fighter's Attitude
"I'm going to injure his face and damage his physique. I'm here to prove I'm superior," Joshua, 35, said.
"I will dominate him completely. That's how fighters think.
"I will seriously aim to cause him pain. That's what I want to do."
Respectful Exchange
Despite such comments, a composed Anthony Joshua and internet personality Jake Paul - normally known for his showmanship - exchanged pleasantries and remained civil with each other.
Jake Paul rather attacked ex Joshua rival Francis Ngannou and labeled him "not serious" after Ngannou turned down a fight offer.
Targeting Tyson Fury
Joshua, at the same time, criticized British rival Tyson Fury - and declined a large bet 'Tyson Fury' says he will place on a Paul win.
"Jake Paul is better than Tyson Fury - he's present here," Joshua said.
"I respect him for that."
Serious Fighter
Despite stating he plans to damage his opponent, Anthony Joshua chose not to comment unfavorably about his opponent's pugilistic talent.
"Jake is a credible opponent," he remarked.
Jake Paul's Background
Paul - who originally gained popularity on the Disney Channel - has mostly boxed MMA fighters or faded names since entering professional boxing.
He lost to Briton Fury in 2023.
Financial Success
Still, the inexperienced fighter is still one of boxing's largest money-making draws, regularly earning huge earnings.
Forecast and Confidence
The 28 year old predicted a knockout win in rounds four or five and asserted he would stop the long-awaited match between Joshua and Fury, which is reportedly being planned for 2026.
"It's going to be me versus Tyson Fury in the coming year," Paul declared.
Physical Disparity
As the two fighters engaged in the usual confrontation, with their size difference evident, it drove home just how unlikely this whole event is - and how amazing it is that the fight is really going ahead.
